Mark Birnbaum is the brainchild behind some of the chicest, most stylish and luxurious restaurants as well as nightclubs. In 2002, he founded Operating Inc., which was a nightlife consulting company. Soon after its success, Mark opened up The Lobby, in Midtown Manhattan, which soon became the go-to destination among partygoers.
